We will co-create a plan of how to move forward that is in alignment with your needs. Various levels of 1:1 packages will be reviewed at an aligned time and are available after completion of the Conscious Exploration Package, consisting of 3 sessions. (Based on availability)

Ascended Trauma Release

Whether it is “small t trauma” or “big T trauma”, we hold onto experiences and feelings about ourselves through them and many times, we don’t even realize it. When we get triggered by a person, a situation or an event, we are having that trauma “irritated” to bring our attention to it. There is a great deal of benefit in looking into why you are triggered as it leads you to uncovering spaces in your life where you may have experienced trauma.
