As souls having human experiences, we have all had trauma.

Whether it is “small t trauma” or “big T trauma”, we hold onto experiences and feelings about ourselves through them and many times, we don’t even realize it. When we get triggered by a person, a situation or an event, we are having that trauma “irritated” to bring our attention to it. There is a great deal of benefit in looking into why you are triggered as it leads you to uncovering spaces in your life where you may have experienced trauma.

Once you are aware of it, you can heal those parts of you back into wholeness.

Ascended Trauma Release does just that.

Ascended Energy Healing is a trauma release healing modality that connects your subconscious mind, spiritual self, and energetic releasing techniques to bring relief from physical, emotional, and spiritual response patterns that begin through a trauma experience.

Using the meridians of our energy body systems, through a instructive and interactive process of using your own hands on “energy points” of the body, power of words, breath, release, and gratitude, you will shift to experience of trauma and bring in a newfound sense of peace and wholeness around the event and energy threads connected to it throughout your life.

If you are considering an investment into your healing…this is it.

“I had been experiencing reoccurring nightmares that were triggered by a traumatic life event. After working through the ascended trauma release with Lisa, the nightmares stopped. I could not believe it! I had been struggling with them for YEARS. I no longer wake up re-traumatized, and feel much more capable of handling anything that's thrown my way. That specific trauma no longer bothers me in my day-to-day life. I can not describe how much of a relief that is.” - Elizabeth F.
