You’ve also been delving into the world of loving HARD on yourself as you journey.

This is such a beautiful place to be but it can feel isolating to learn new ways of being, evaluate your belief systems, and experience a different alignment with stuff.

I navigated much of my own upleveling without a lot of guidance or support. This workshop was created so that you don’t have to.  

Kaela Gedda; Rise Leadership Circle and I brought this workshop forward in January and for those who missed it or the timing wasn’t right, I am now bringing the recordings to you! 

The Navigating Relationships While You Are Upleveling Workshops was a wonderful tool for me to reference as I recently was experiencing a variety of shifts throughout many of my relationships. This workshop walks you through 10 different focus points in-depth; giving you areas to be aware of, connection points to your own experience as well as steps to move forward in a more union relationship with yourself and others. My biggest take-away from the workshop was, "that releasing attachment of others joining my journey & me joining theirs to fix the problem is not my job." I will be adding this workshop to my relationship toolbox, as there are so many great support pieces that I can reference while growing and developing relationships throughout my lifetime.
